Scaling a recipe down, substituting the pan you actually own, converting a British recipe's grams and gas marks, or working out what a batch of custom cookies really costs: it's all arithmetic, and arithmetic is exactly what a good tool should handle so you don't have to.
Every tool on this site is free, works on a phone with floury fingers, and requires no account or signup. The conversion factors come from standard baking references — 120 g per cup of all-purpose flour, pan areas from geometry, gas marks in their traditional 25°F steps — and each tool's page explains the reasoning behind the numbers so you can trust them or check them.
